How we protect the businesses we serve. This is our security posture in plain language — not a certification. For contractual security terms, see your agreement.
Our model is Own Your AI. Client deployments run on hardware the client owns or controls; the private intelligence and relationship data live on the client's own stack, not a third-party platform. We architect so that no vendor — including us — holds the client's data hostage.
All web traffic to our services is encrypted in transit over TLS/HTTPS. Data stored in our managed databases is encrypted at rest at the infrastructure layer. Sensitive credentials and keys are held in environment secrets, never committed to source control.
Mail from techfides.com is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so recipients can verify it genuinely originates from us. Our digital cards and signatures contain no tracking pixels.
Internal systems are access-controlled by role. Administrative and provisioning actions are restricted to authorized accounts, and high-risk actions require explicit human approval — automated systems draft, people approve.
Public-facing surfaces (cards, signatures) carry only basic contact details and use random, non-personal tokens in links and QR codes. We do not embed tracking pixels and do not sell personal data.
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting TechFides, please contact us so we can investigate and remediate. We appreciate good-faith reports and will respond promptly.
