The $12,000 published price is for a single-site mid-market engagement (~100–1,000 employees, single jurisdiction). Multi-site enterprise, multi-jurisdiction, and heavily regulated environments scope and price separately because calibration depth, risk-register population, and AI Council facilitation all scale with complexity. Government is a separate track — see /government. We confirm scope on the discovery call.
Probably not yet. At that stage you need to deploy AI first — get it running on hardware you own (see Private AI on /pricing) — and govern it lightly. AEGIS is built for when AI usage is wide enough across your business that a one-page acceptable-use policy isn't enough anymore. Come back when that's true.
Better — we calibrate against what you have rather than starting from zero. Many clients come in with a one-page acceptable use policy and walk out with a full governance stack that actually gets used. If your existing policy is solid, we slot it in and focus on the 21 gaps it doesn't cover.
No. They're independent. AI Readiness 360 tells you where you stand. AEGIS gives you the policy and operating system to govern AI safely as you scale. Many clients run them sequentially, but you can start with either.

The base library covers Legal, Medical, Auto, Trades, and Property Management out of the box. For other industries we run a calibration session in week 1 to map your regulatory environment, risk tolerance, and operational reality. Templates ship calibrated, not generic.
The templates are operational artifacts — policies, registers, charters, runbooks — designed to be ratified by your leadership and reviewed by your legal counsel. We are not your law firm. We hand the calibrated templates to your attorney for sign-off before they go live.
