Productized service · 21 days · $5,000 base
AI Readiness 360 is a 21-day diagnostic. 60 questions across 6 key areas of your business. You walk away with an executive scorecard, an honest benchmark against your industry, and a 90-day roadmap with the three moves that will actually move the needle.
Built for mid-market and enterprise. Pricing scales with complexity — single-site mid-market starts at the published price; multi-site enterprise and government scope separately.

Pricing scales with complexity. The $5,000 starting price reflects a single-site mid-market engagement (~100–1,000 employees). Multi-site enterprise, regulated industries, and government engagements scope and price separately. We confirm scope on the discovery call before any work begins.
The same six areas every time. Different industries weight them differently — that's part of the calibration. By the end of week 3 you have a maturity score per area, the top three risks, the top two opportunities, and a sequenced plan to move.

We're upfront about scope. These are separate engagements when you're ready.
We've been deploying enterprise technology for 25 years — at Honeywell, Invensys, Schneider Electric, across 15 countries. We've seen the difference between a pilot that demos well and a deployment that actually changes how a business runs. That distinction is the whole point of AI Readiness 360.
Built on lived experience
Real enterprise deployments, not academic frameworks repackaged for a slide deck.
Founder-led scope
Jacques Jean personally leads scoping and the executive readout. You know who's accountable.
No vendor lock-in
Model-agnostic, hardware-agnostic, cloud-optional. Recommendations serve you, not a vendor partnership.
Same productized framework — 60 questions, 6 areas, three weeks — but pricing and scope segment meaningfully. The $5,000 published price is for a single-site mid-market engagement (~100–1,000 employees, single jurisdiction). Multi-site enterprise, multi-jurisdiction, and regulated-industry engagements scope and price separately because the stakeholder interview pool, the document review depth, and the regulatory calibration scale with complexity. Government is its own track entirely — see /government. We confirm scope on the discovery call.
Honestly, no — not yet. At your stage you don't need an assessment, you need to deploy. Our Private AI subscription tiers on /pricing are built for that — get your AI running on hardware you own, learn what works for your business, then come back for AI Readiness 360 when you're scaling and complexity starts costing you real money.
Because that's what it takes to give you a defensible, board-ready scorecard. Shorter assessments are good for self-diagnosis (try our free 8-question version on /assess). The paid engagement goes deep enough to surface gaps your team isn't talking about yet — and to benchmark you honestly against peers.
Subscription tiers are ongoing AI capacity (agent-hours per month). AI Readiness 360 is a one-time productized engagement — three weeks, fixed scope, fixed price, ends with a delivered scorecard and roadmap. After delivery, the optional monthly retainer keeps the relationship alive (check-ins, quarterly re-scoring). Many clients run AI Readiness 360 first, then pick a subscription tier based on what the roadmap recommends.
A 30-minute monthly check-in with a TechFides advisor, quarterly re-scoring across the same 6 areas so you can track movement, and email support for roadmap-related questions. It does not include implementation work or net-new assessments. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Yes. We've built the diagnostic to surface HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and attorney-client privilege concerns explicitly. Industry-specific risk weighting is included in the base scope. Where deeper compliance work is needed (e.g., AI risk register population, governance charter), that's where AEGIS picks up.
Only the structured 60-question answers and the metadata you choose to share. We do not ingest raw business data, customer records, financial documents, or proprietary code as part of the diagnostic. If a fuller deployment is needed where data residency matters, our Private AI service is built for exactly that.
Jacques Jean leads scope and the executive readout personally. Senior consultants handle stakeholder interviews and scoring. You will know every person on your engagement by name.
Twenty-one days from kickoff to a scorecard your board will actually use.
