The TechFides Contractor Bench
TechFides installs AI that clients own and run inside their own building. When a client signs, we staff the project from a vetted bench of contractors in the United States, Latin America, Africa, India and Eastern Europe. Apply once. When a project fits your skills, we call you.
How it works
Send your resume, your skills and your rate. One form, about five minutes.
A written AI interview tailored to your role, about 20 to 30 minutes, in English, French or Spanish. Strong profiles then talk with our delivery team.
When a signed client project fits your skills, we call you with the scope, the dates and the rate.
You work under a TechFides contract and our delivery standards, with our team behind you.
Where we hire
All projects, including U.S. government work.
Same time zones as our U.S. clients. Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
English and French speaking talent for U.S. and African projects.
Deep engineering bench for build work and overnight delivery.
Strong systems, security and data engineering talent.
Every person on a U.S. government project lives and works in the United States. All U.S. citizens are welcome. Green card holders are eligible when the project's clearance level allows it. No offshore support and no remote access from abroad, at any stage of the project.

Pick the role closest to your best work. You can add up to three more in the form.

Delivery and Governance
Sit with the client, size the hardware, pick the models and draw the plan the team will build.

Straight answers
A contract. You are paid per project, under a TechFides agreement with a clear scope. Strong contractors get called first and often, and some grow into longer roles with us.
No. Joining the bench is free and puts you in line for work. You are paid when you are assigned to a project.
You tell us your hourly rate in U.S. dollars. Before any project starts, we confirm the rate, the hours and the deliverables with you in writing.
It depends on what clients sign and how closely your skills match. We will not promise work we do not have. We do read every application, and we call when there is a fit.
You get an email with a private link to a written interview built for your role. Eight questions on your technical skills, real client moments and how you communicate, with a follow up when we want to hear more. If you pass, you verify your profile: three past employers with a reference at each, plus a government ID if you are outside the U.S. Verified profiles are called first when a client project fits.
Yes. Students, recent graduates and career changers apply as Sales Development Interns: a resume is optional, the AI interview is built for people early in their career, and verification asks for two references such as a past manager, a professor or an advisor. Interns earn an hourly stipend plus commission. Experienced sellers apply as Sales Development Representatives and earn an hourly rate plus commission.
It stays confidential. Your resume and interview are stored only in the TechFides database, seen only by our team, used only to match you with client projects, and permanently deleted six months after you apply.
Our clients pay us so their data stays in their building. Every contractor signs an NDA, works inside the client's environment, and never copies client data to a personal device.
People who live and work in the United States. All U.S. citizens are welcome. Green card holders are eligible when the project's clearance level allows it; projects that need a Secret or Top Secret clearance require U.S. citizenship. Contractors in our other regions work on commercial projects.
